1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

2. Refunds

Shipping Costs

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will replace the item at no extra cost.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return.
